How to diversify the creative industry, with Jo Wallace, CD at JWT.
Named as one of campaigns 30 future Female leaders, Jo Wallace is a creative director at JWT, but has also had a prolific background working at numerous other agencies including WCRS, FCB and Saatach and Saatchi among others.
Jo states openly that she likes northing more than to have ideas that create positive social change, which explains the numerous projects and exhibitions she’s lead which provoke debate about social equality.
These include; ‘There’s A Good Girl', an exhibition which showcased and celebrated female talent, which was later followed up with 'Good Girls eat Dinner', an on going initiative to provide kick ass female role models within the creative industry. And most recently, 'There’s a Good Immigrant', a post brexit exhibition which intended to showcase the importance of having a diverse selection of beliefs and view points, specifically in the creative industris, but also on a wider cultural level.
